When will you ship my order?
If you purchase an item from my Ready Made collection, your piece will dispatch in 3 to 5 business days. I process orders Monday through Friday 10am to 4pm excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number once your order ships out.
Shipping times will depend on the shipping option you select during check out.
How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, a confirmation email with a unique tracking number will be sent to you. Please allow a few hours within receiving your email, for my shipping partners to update their systems.

Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on my order?
This depends on your local customs regulations. You will be responsible for any import duties, customs and taxes that may apply in your country.
